Graeme and Sue Towns partnered with Solatube Australia in 1992, soon after the company released their brilliant, Australian invention, the 250mm Solatube Skylight.

Simply Genuine Skylights and Ventilation was established in Newcastle and the Hunter by the couple in 1995, after they returned from operating a Solatube Franchise in Northern NSW. Simply Genuine still is the exclusive Premier Dealer of Solatube products in Newcastle and the Hunter Valley.

The company is also a Velux Skylights Premier Dealer.

Our Team

Coral our Operations Manager, has 32 years of experience in the skylight and ventilation industry. She has a wealth of knowledge and provides customers with brilliant, friendly service.

Graeme a Licensed Builder, with extensive experience in skylight and ventilation product installation. He is well known for his honest and thorough knowledge and advice.

Nick our Installation Team Leader, is an excellent communicator with vast experience in providing superior customer service. Clients feel instantly comfortable having him in their homes & on their job sites. Trained by Graeme his installation skills are meticulous.

Jesse our Sales and Installation team member, an outstanding young man who always goes out of his way to do the very best by his fellow team members and our lucky customers. Jesse's communication skills are amazing and he works exceptionally well installing our products.
